Every product purchase inside the branded patient app earns points. Memberships earn at a multiplier, 1.5× Silver, 2× Gold, 3× Platinum by default.
Members share a unique in-app referral link. When the friend books and completes their first treatment, the referrer earns 500 points and the friend earns a welcome bonus.
After a treatment, the patient app prompts for a review. Verified reviews (real booking, real patient) earn 200 points, quality signal for the clinic, value back to the patient.
