Delam does not integrate Affirm or Afterpay. Klarna is available in Stripe PaymentSheet where enabled. Native equivalents inside the membership-first medspa OS cover the same outcome with better economics: deposits at booking, split payments at the till, treatment packages billed up front and drawn down per visit, and memberships that spread cost over twelve months at a member price. The spend stays inside the clinic's loyalty ladder, not a financing partner's app.

Deposits at booking
Each service can require a deposit (fixed amount or percentage). The patient locks the slot, the balance posts to the visit, no-show fees post automatically if the patient breaks the cancellation window.
Split payments at the till
Charge across multiple cards, or a card plus a gift card, or a card plus a banked package credit, in one transaction. The till sees one clean line; the patient sees one receipt.
Treatment packages
Patient pays once for a 6-pack of laser, a 3-pack of HydraFacial, or any custom bundle. The package balance posts to their wallet, Delam draws down credit per visit. Effective per-visit price is well below the a-la-carte rate.
Memberships
Patient pays a monthly fee, gets a treatment credit each cycle, and unlocks member pricing on every other service. Credits roll over per tier policy. The same outcome as financing, with retention multipliers attached.

Delam achieves PCI DSS compliance through Stripe tokenization. No raw card number ever touches Delam servers, ever. Every payment field on the patient app and dashboard renders inside a Stripe Element or hosted checkout, sandboxed from Delam code.
Stripe Connect provides multi-tenant clinic billing isolation. Each clinic's funds settle to their own bank account; Delam never holds patient money.

Four steps, every payment path live.
Configure deposits per service
Inside the dashboard, set a fixed-dollar or percentage deposit on every service that needs one (e.g., $100 deposit on a $400 laser visit). Set a cancellation window with an automatic no-show fee.
Build packages and bundles
Create treatment packages (6-pack, 3-pack) and bundles (three retail products plus a treatment credit). Set per-visit draw-down rates, expiry rules, and member pricing.
Launch memberships
Set up Silver/Gold/Platinum tiers with monthly billing, recurring treatment credits, member pricing, and tier multipliers on loyalty earn. Stripe Subscriptions handles billing.
Patients pick the path
At booking, the patient sees deposit policy, package options, and member upgrades on the same screen. They choose the path that fits their budget. No third-party app to install.
